Unfortunately we were unable to take this trip due to the sudden and unexpected death of our traveling companion. The claim was filed immediately upon his death and the process was simple and it took a few weeks to have the claim approved. Fortunately we did not have to use the policy. I did have some questions about coverage before hand and was given clear answers as to what was covered. I needed to make a policy change and it was handled promptly by Travelex. Will definitely look at this company again for future trips.
