The application form does not seem to allow one to come back and edit travel date changes. So my question is; if the initial insurance dates are specified and due to unforeseen circumstances, one leg of the journey has a date change, does that nullify insurance?

After our extremely windy, smack down landing (and flying sideways down the runway for a few brief moments), I came to realize that, however unlikely it may be that you'll be in a crash, it's very comforting knowing that your family will have financial security if you are. The problem with "rating a plan" is that one can't know how good it is until a claim is made. Since this was an accidental death policy...well, I think you see the problem.

Very easy site to use and fast! I always buy travel insurance using InsureMyTrip. I buy insurance about 15 times a year if not more and it has never let me down.

If dates change involuntarily after your effective date you have the following coverage:
"All coverages under the plan will be extended if your entire Covered Trip is covered by the plan and your return is delayed by unavoidable circumstances beyond your control.
If coverage is extended for the above reasons, coverage will end on the earlier of the date you reach your originally scheduled return destination or seven (7) days after the Scheduled Return Date.
In no event will coverage be extended due to voluntary reasons without prior consent from Travelex Insurance Services."
