All these reviews are fake.. Seems to be given by HCCMIS people themselves.. After all there are no comments at all. If you were to file a claim.. They will respond to you after a year when the hospital were to already send the matter to collection.. the whole turn around period has been around 1 year.. They denied the claim after 1 year of beating around the bush stating “ This condition is not covered due to Pre existing limitation". It had no further communication what so ever.. Don’t even explain what pre existing conditions are.. HCCMIS – Atlas program is really a horrible program from a horrible company.. there s no point buying an insurance when you need it its not there even though you pay so much.. stay away from Robert and Laura and company.. they will keep saying we have not received paper work from hospital only after a year they will say we have rejected the claim..Feb 28,2012-

Traveled to Riviera Maya, Mexico with my wife and two young children. Little cost but this insurance plan gave me a good peace of mind knowing anything can happen specially traveling with young kids. I will get the plan again on my next trip.

Never having had a need to purchase medical coverage for travel, I was a bit intimidated when I started looking into the insurance. I was thrilled that it was easy to find, I was thrilled that the customer service reps were not "offshore reps", and was even more thrilled that the reps were thorough without being convoluted. I thankfully did not have occasion to have to use the service, but am confident that if I had that the reps would assist efficiently and competently. My cynicism on American Customer Service standards has been diminished, your customer service reps are a credit to the industry so Thank Them.

my friend told me about this. i will probably decline trip insurance from my travel supplier and get on my own in future probably from here. it seems like i get more coverage for more things for cheaper price.
