Very reasonable fee for peace of mind when we traveled to China. I am recommending medical evacuation insurance to all my friends and family who are over 50. Even though we are healthy and I am a nurse, some things you can't fix by yourself.

I never received the policy in the US Mail even though I requested that. I did print out the policy from email.
Every thing else was fine. Good price. I purchased evacuation insurance only. Fortunately I didn't need it.

I appreciated the online process and speedy comparison of different plans -- it was easy to select the plan that I needed most to fit my needs. I also appreciated the quick response when I needed customer support because of a mistake I made with dates when I bought insurance. Although we didn't need to use the plan, I was impressed with the professional way information was provided. Having been in remote areas beyond the parks and seeing the limited medical care available I felt relief knowing we had MedJet.
