I purchased a $4000 coverage plan for my trip to Israel. Unfortunately, a terrorist attack occurred, followed by a war outbreak. For safety reasons, the travel provider canceled the trip. My travel insurance, however, refused to cover the $500 non-refundable deposit I paid. They cited that the 33-day gap between the attack and the scheduled departure date exceeded their 30-day limit for coverage. This is extremely frustrating given that the conflict is still ongoing, and I am left as an innocent party affected by these circumstances.

We sent in everything that was requested and only recieved 1/10th of our modest claim! VERY DISSATISFIED and will NOT EVER recommend anyone to use you!

the plan covered what I needed and thankfully I didn't have to use it. I really appreciated the email right before the trip with the info I needed to take with me on my trip!! That's good customer service
