Purchasing was an extremely easy process with a good amount of options to chose from. Documents, cards and information arrived within a few days of purchase. The claims process was very slow. I filed a claim on Dec 22, 2017 and it was finally paid on March 15, 2018. Otherwise, the process was fine.

Acquiring the policy was easy. Ship operator mandated $150,000 evacuation coverage and my comprehensive travel policy only offered $100,000, so your policy filled the gap nicely at a reasonable price. Thankfully, no claims! Doubtful whether evacuation would have been possible at any price for most of the trip.
