We ended up not needing this due to the requirements relaxing after we started our travel, but it was affordable insurance for peace of mind in these times.

I was left without my baggage for 12 days out of a 14-day trip. The travel services section link on www.hccmis.com didn't work, so I was thus unable to get the information to file a claim.
I emailed customer service but never heard back from them. Based on this experience, I would be afraid to be in the position of needing any assistance, were I to purchase travel insurance coverage from HCC Medical Insurance Services ever again.
