Bought the plan for a trip to Singapore, Vietnam and Laos. Had a medical problem in Laos. Talked to you and you told me you didn't have any doctors in Laos....great. Flew to Hanoi to have the problem addressed at a clinic listed on your website. They have never heard of you and did not accept the insurance. I paid out of pocket. No claim filed since it was under the deductible anyway. Your company was absolutely zero help with my problem. Never again will I buy a policy from you.

InsureMyTrip is sorry to hear that you didn't receive the assistance you should expect from your 24 hour emergency assistance provider. At their request, we also forwarded your information to International Medical Group so that they could review the process with their assistance company.Aug 13,2019
