I purchased a week long policy, contract only showed coverage for 1 day. Called to extend and was advised it was updated. Checked the website - still coverage for just 1 day. Called back to extend AGAIN and was told it was extended, but guess what - it wasn't. Demanded a refund then told there was an issue with my credit card. (there was not) Called back to advise and was then told I had to submit my request to cancel in writing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Still no credit or extension.

Didn't need to file any claims but the plan was reasonably priced and provided good coverage, providing a piece of mind while on vacation. Was a good value. Insuremytrip made it easy to find and purchase this plan.

This plan is easy to purchase at a very reasonable price and covers med. We have bought the plan to cover us on several cruises when we are outside of the United States where our normal insurance will not cover. Thankfully we have never had to make a claim so I can't review the claims process and whether or not there would be any issues with coverage and payment. But, I would like to think that if needed this plan would cover any medical and emergency evacuation needs that should arise outside of the country just like our regular insurance covers us when we are at home.

Easy to obtain and peace of mind in case of a medical emergency. Most people don't realize if you are in Medicare and need/obtain medical services out of the U.S., MMEDICARE WILL NOT COVER YOUR EXPENSES.

Please note that Basic Medicare does not provide coverage outside the United States. However, many of the supplemental plans do offer varying amounts of reimbursement. You should always check with your supplemental plan provider to see if coverage is available to you.Mar 11,2017

It is always a relief to know that in case of an emergency, trip cancellation, or trip interruption, that AID TravelGuard is there to help. It helps me to sleep better at night knowing I have coverage for medical in case I get sick or hurt. It makes for a more fun trip.
