Peace of mind is important as you travel, and this easy to access, comprehensive plan, at a reasonable price provided just that. As it was, we did not need to place a claim, which was as we hoped! I would definitely buy travel insurance from you again.

While I didn't file a claim with HTH Worldwide TravelGap Excursion, I did appreciate the quick and professional response when I requested coverage. As a senior, insurance inquiries can sometimes be a bit more complicated, with HTH I found the staff to be most helpful and cooperative. This is a very affordable insurance policy; by far the best price we found. All other companies we looked at were unreasonably overpriced. Insurance is a much needed element of any trip, but especially an extended overseas trip. I am glad we had the opportunity to find an affordable plan for our trip and know that if we needed insurance, it was there.

We weren't able to take this trip due to unexpected surgery needed before we left. I called to see if we could cancel this insurance, but were one day late for the 10 day cancellation deadline. Representative was polite, but not especially sympathetic to our situation.
