Claim process took much too long. I faxed required information on Jan 5, your system showed received on 15th. Took about 6 weeks from my completed FAXed claim until payment. Much too slow.

The next time I will have the policy mailed to me as the email copy was not usable. The cost seemed to be a bit high for someone who has used your service several times and not needed to use it ever. Maybe you could implement a sliding scale for frequent users that never use the insurance.
