Thank goodness we did not need the insurance this year. Last year we took a similar trip and unfortunately we did need it and we were completely satisfied with the response. Highly recommend.

I had used AIG before for a couple of trips to Paris and France. I had to cancel one trip to France several years ago because of health reasons. Very good experience in getting my entire deposit returned.

First, we didn't leave the US. We can't know if we were really satisfied with this plan because, fortunately, we never had to use it. But the price seemed fair for what it covered. And yes, we would use this plan again.

Highly recommend purchasing this plan to protect your trip investment against loss due to unexpected events. For me my deposit was not refundable and since my spouse and other family members have some heath issues I had piece of mind knowing I would not lose my large deposit.
