When I was in Bangkok I was told that I would be reimbursed for the expense of all the material you wanted faxed to you. In the final settlement, the cost of faxing was rejected. I do not think this is fair to me.

Thank you for your comment on your claim. We did confirm with AIG Travel Guard that they do not reimburse for the cost of faxing claims documents.Feb 12,2016-

Carol - You did not address his issue that he "was told" that he would be reimbursed. How is one to know what is covered when an agent on the phone says otherwise?May 22,2018
