How can you rate insurance that you don’t have to use? You are glad you did not need it and dissatisfied with the price because you didn’t need it. Yet, if you needed it; then you are happy with the price because it helped you. There is no way for you to win in a review unless you are only seeing people who needed the insurance and were satisfied that the company fulfilled their obligation which they can only do if there are many more people like me that paid a premium and did not get any benefits.

I have no idea as to how to rate this plan. Fortunately, I did not need to make a claim. Until one makes a claim it is impossible to rate a plan.
