I would prefer the coverage items to be a little more ala carte so you could pick and choose exactly the coverage you need/want and hopefully be able to reduce the cost.

I was unable to go on my trip and I filed a claim with Roam Right on March 15.2015. I didn't hear anything from them so I called. I was told that my claim was there and had been assigned to an adjuster and they would contact me. After almost three weeks I called and was told that my claim had been accepted and a check would be mailed. After 12 days I called again and she said that they had no way to track it so she would reissue it. I finally got my check after another 10 days. I think that the insurance is better than the service.

Fortunately my trip to the Galapagos went smoothly without accident or delay or loss. Having insurance gave us a stress free vacation on top of traveling with an excellent travel company in the Galapagos. Thank you for your service.

It gave us the coverage that we wanted for a good price. We like the ability to have minimum coverage for trip cancellation and still get the maximum benefits for trip delay, interruption, baggage delay and medical and evacuation expenses.
