I always buy trip coverage when I'm abroad, and fortunately so far have never had to use it. I trust that the benefits will be there for me if I do need them. I make the assumption that InsureMyTrip will only include providers who fulfill the terms of the plan when a claim is made, and I make that assumption based on InsureMyTrip strong customer service orientation. I hope I never have to make a claim for illness or injury while traveling abroad, but if I do, the product will likely have come from here.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. All of the insurance providers listed on our website are rated A- or better by the Better Business Bureau and/or A.M. Best. In addition, our Customer Ratings and Reviews forum allows travelers to tell us what they think about our products. If an insurance plan or provider receives less than the 4-star minimum standard rating, we will remove them from our site. Also, InsureMyTrip operates a customer advocate program service to all of our customers.
