Just like the AXA Assistance USA Gold plan, the Platinum plan provides additional Travel Delay benefits along with coverage if your golf or ski trip is disrupted due to Inclement Weather. Another added benefit is coverage for Sports Equipment Rental coverage.

I had a trip planned with my wife and bought insurance through AXA. Unfortunately, an illness in the family kept me from taking the trip. AXA made a prompt , hassle free settlement of my claim. Very satisfied customer. Will use again.

I had a claim and the representative I talked with was helpful. I had trouble with using the AXA website, so I asked for a claim form by mail. I finally got the website figured out before the claim form arrived by mail. My claim was honored in full, but I had complete documentation.

Tough to judge plan claim performance as we didn't have to use it (good!) Coverage was good. Would purchase again for next trip. Since we are on medicare we always try to purchase first dollar coverage medical insurance.
