After a phone call, I was given the information needed to apply for a refund of medical expenses due to an illness on our cruise. I was treated professionally, and courteously, and able to complete the paperwork that was necessary. It has been mailed as of 12/15/16. Excellent phone staff.

We have traveled a lot and used InsureMyTrip many times. We filed a claim once with Travel Insured and and received prompt resolution. We will use InsureMyTrip and Travel Insured again.

Luckily, we had no issues or needed care. Just knowing that we had the policy and the coverage, gave us a very secure feeling. We never travel without it.

Can't review how the company is with claims because, thankfully, we did not need to file one. Easy to sign up for, company was good about sending detailed information in case we did need to file a claim.
