I’m really don’t know how good the plan is since I was lucky enough not to have to use it however the coverage I bought I was very happy with and until you file a claim you really don’t know what kind of service to plan gives

Did not need to file any claim but policy was all inclusive and some of the coverages were primary instead of secondary which is one of the main reasons I choose this plan. The plan had more competitive amounts of coverage compared to others. I recommend this plan!

Although the price was a little high for my parents (in their 80s), I think this insurance was a great investment. I had peace of mind. And when I created a claim, the claim was processes very quickly and to my total satisfaction.

Plan was complete but rules about adding coverage after initial purchase ( necessary for complex trips planned over a long period) are not clear and consequences of not adding is a bit unclear.

InsureMyTrip was easy to use to obtain travel insurance for myself and 4 family members. I really liked the mobile app, too, which made it very easy to find the phone number of the insurer when we had a health emergency. Customer service agents were knowledgeable and helpful.
I had a minor injury while on our trip that required stitches in the emergency room in Israel. C&F Travel Insured International sent instructions and forms very quickly, which enabled me to complete the form and provide all of the required documentation when I got home. The Insurer responded quickly and reimbursed me for all of the accrued medical expenses without a problem. Wonderful service and experience.

It seems we had mainly small print documents. Thankfully we didn't have any claims but I didn't have confidence that we could quickly find the right person if we had an emergency.

I attempted to file a claim and was advised that my coverage did not cover return baggage issues and that as long as my airline carrier offered any flight(after airline canceled original international flight), I could not claim costs for having to pay more for flight home for emergency and for rental car cost upon return. Costs for plan should be adjusted for fact that the plan only covers outbound disruptions. Advise everyone to READ the small print deep into policy.
