I’ve used C&F Travel in the past and had good experience with them when I filed for claim for minor incident with cruise excursion. Ever since, I’ve used them as travel insurance almost every trip.
My only dissatisfaction lately is when I emailed their customer service to confirm if Covid treatment or hospitalization in another country is also covered. I did not get any reply at all.

We did not have to file any claims fortunately. Very easy to work with. Coverage was originally purchased for a European river cruise. Due to the drought in Europe this summer and low river levels Viking cancelled our cruise and refunded 100% of our money. We decided to still go on our own by train to most of the same places but a couple weeks later. C & F Travel Insured transferred the coverage the new trip without any hassle.

After comparing plans, including one presented by our travel agency, I thought this plan represented a good value for what I wanted to cover during our European trip - especially medical expenses. I did not have a need to present a claim (fortunately), so I can't really comment on how effectively the plan worked.

I was pleased with the plan and the price. I was also very happy with using InsureMyTrip yet again. The air portion of my return was miserable and extended, the airline absorbed the price of the hotel overnight.

I am glad that someone my age can obtain coverage but it's a huge chunk of money, and stuff like pet coverage and other stuff in package is unnecessary.. One of the most hazardous places is actually when a transfer from one plane to another takes place in Amsterdam or other big airports and only one hour between international transfers. Last year I got sick on the next plane due to dehydration. This year asked for electric cart that works.
