We were very relieved that we had this policy to cover our trip to Europe in April, 2019. Last July, my husband was diagnosed with cancer. For several months we were not sure if we could make the trip. It was very reassuring that we could cancel the trip and that our expenses would be covered.

It is always hard to review something that you never had to use. There is no way to know if we had needed to use it, whether it would have been a good plan for us, but having it is a must these days and we chose as best we could to cover things we felt we needed to cover. We're happy we did not have to file a claim.
