This plan offers comprehensive trip cancellation and trip interruption coverage if you have to cancel or interrupt for one of the listed covered reasons, additional Cancel for Any Reason to residents of most states if all eligibility requirements are met, and world-wide emergency assistance services.

The CSA Custom Luxe will provide coverage for Baggage Delay in the event your delay occurs during your trip.
"We will reimburse you, up to the amount shown in the Schedule, for the cost of reasonable additional clothing and personal articles purchased by you, if your Baggage is delayed for 12 hours or more during your Trip."
Since your baggage delay occurred on your return flight home, coverage would not apply as you are home and would not need to purchase additional clothing or personal articles.
