Very difficult to file a claim. After finally getting the claim to go through and still haven't heard back after over a week. I can't mange what they would be like if you had a emergency over seas.

Since we got home safely and didn't have a claim, it is very hard to know how good the coverage was. A lot of money spent for "just in case".

Overall satisfied. Two issues. When I first ordered policy online, there were multiple email related to what the policy actually covered. None were actually the coverage.
I had to ask a rep to email the real coverage. Very confusing. Would have preferred to have policy that would make direct payments to providers at a level above $1k
