This trip to Peru went smoothly, so I didn't have to file a claim. The trip before this one didn't go smoothly- the airlines sent my luggage to Albania. I had to buy a few essentials for the trip, and the luggage was returned in 4 days. When I got back, CSA reimbursed me in a timely manner. So that's why I'm sticking with CSA.

We were fortunate that we did not have to file a claim, so we didn't have that experience to comment about. However, we felt that the coverage plans offered were varied and we were able to choose an affordable plan that covered our needs.

I would b/c I think it's a good product. Fortunately I didn't have need to use it so I have no personal experience with it, but I felt that the price was comparable & reasonable, the website easy to navigate.
