CSA reviews are usually good. As many of them state, I did not have to use the CSA insurance protection or contact the company, so I can only assume the insurance is worth the money.

I didn't use the insurance so not sure what would have happened coverage wise if I had used it. However, with both my husband and I having health related issues, I felt better having it in case we had needed to cancel our trip. The money was piece of mind for me.

Yes, we were satisfied with the plan. Given that it was very hard to find insurance anywhere but here (we were using frequent flyer miles) it gave us great relief to find this. And had a most relaxing vacation because of your company.
