I always buy trip insurance if I am going away for any extended length of time.....especially traveling by plane or cruise ship. The money spent is always worth the benefits received. Only 1 time have I had to use it while on a cruise. Having to take repeated trips to the ship's hospital for an upper respiratory infection plus breathing treatments....expenses add up fairly fast. After returning home I submitted my claims to my husbands group insurance and then to my trip insurance all charges, treatments and meds were paid in full. InsureMyTrip offers time to look at the policy and cancel if you are not satisfied....an added benefit in todays economically depressed world.

This trip with CSA was totally uneventful. That's the best way. Last year our vacation was involuntarily extended because of the blizzards on the East Coast. CSA quickly paid our claims. The $100 or so we paid in premiums resulted in over $1000 in compensation. Most importantly, CSA gave us peace of mind knowing that our expenses were covered
