Fortunately, I had no occasion to use the plan's benefits but I was nonetheless glad to have been covered. In particular, the GeoBlue plan was easy to purchase, met my needs (without forcing me to buy coverage I didn't want or need), and seemed fairly priced. Since I had no problems and didn't file a claim, I can't comment on the actual service the plan provides when used. That said, having the coverage made me more comfortable on the trip, and I am very likely to purchase this plan on future trips and recommend it friends.

Like many other reviewers, did not have to use plan during the 5-week trip to Australia. While cannot comment on the claims process, I can say that I found this company to be very professional and helpful during my contacts with them and in their communications to me.
