The plan that you purchased is a travel medical plan designed to cover you for sickness or injury while you are abroad. Even though the plan focuses on medical, it does have small amounts of coverage for re-issuing lost passports, re-issuing lost airline tickets and replacing a lost piece of luggage ($100 per incident).
