I didn't have to file a claim, so I'm assuming their service would have been as good as I expected. I did notify them of a possible claim and they responded, so the communication was there. The benefits of the plan and the cost seem very fair. I've already bought coverage from April Travel Protection for a future trip.

I believe you need to have plans that have no medical for people traveling in the USA. We already have medical and only need the rest of the coverage, not medical. Thanks.

It was very comforting knowing I had the April Travel Protection Choice plan if needed. However, I didn't need to file a claim and had a good trip. It is worth the money to be protected in case something happens. The coverage was good.

I was extremely pleased with the plan and response. The claims filing was really simple compared to the other travel insurance I have used previously. If traveling again, I will certainly use this company and plan again!

Essential coverage at a reasonable cost. We self-insured on most of the cancellation portion of the coverage but got maximum benefits on other portion of the policy.
