I chose HTH Worldwide for my coverage on my last cruise. The company offers secondary insurance coverage to those that have existing insurance but could well have the need to cover high deductibles and copays. They also cover pre-existing conditions which my wife has and had to have them covered if she experienced problems on the cruise. I would purchase their products again.

Thankfully I didn't use the insurance, but the policy was inexpensive and covered everything I needed it to. Nice to know it was there in case I did need it.

No problems so I didn't need to use the coverage. Still some questions about how this coverage might work in china since most hospitals require payment before any services are provided. This of course means that you could end up dead while the hospital gets some confirmation from the insurer.

There is an emergency 24hr phone number you can call from anywhere in the world. HTH Worldwide could set up direct billing if you had to be admitted into the hospital while on your trip.Dec 06,2011

I love knowing their are funds to bring me home should I be too sick to leave a hospital. I had a friend spend 10 days in a dingy old run down hospital in Mexico, because he could not afford to be flown home.

Covered what I wanted/needed covered and InsureMyTrip was very helpful and responsive. Happily I didn't use it so can not comment in more detail.
