I always use Insuremytrip when I need to purchase insurance for an overseas trip.
My major concern when I travel are potential MEDICAL costs and I wonder whether I should limit myself to just this portion of the insurance......

Thankfully, we didn't have to use the plan. Although I said completely satisfied, that answer might be better left to those who , unfortunately, had the need to use the plan. I can say that the purchase process was quick and easy.
