I had a terrible time dealing with Seven Corners the agency who handled a claim for car damage. They sent me forms for the wrong company who sent it back to me delaying the claim a month.
They finally processed it, and a rep said they would send me a $25 gift card to make up for the problems. I never got it until I emailed them. When it finally arrived the cover letter had the wrong name on it! Very poorly organized company. I am taking a long trip to Europe this summer 2016 and will never use them again. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

I read a ton of terrible reviews online about other trip insurance companies before settling on John Hancock. I ended up having to file a claim and the coverage, communication, resolution etc. were all outstanding!

The sign up was easy and it outlined what each coverage amount. As with most insurances, be sure to read the fine print regarding filing a claim, nothing deceptive, just be an informed consumer.
