I did not need any services provided by this insurance, so I don’t really know how well Nationwide services a claim. But, the price was competitive with others, and the fact that you are located in the same state I live in, made me feel more comfortable.

Since we had a smooth sailing experience on our 14 night Cuba cruise I am unable to rate the claim process. Suffice to say I am satisfied that the trip was fully covered and we had no need to file a claim. Others on our sailing we not as fortunate as extremely bad weather delayed many from reaching the port of Boston for embarkation. They were forced to fly to our first port stop of Key West which was a full 4 days later. Some had no insurance and were dismayed at having not only missed 3 lazy sea days but also to pay for air transportation, hotel and meals to meet the ship. Lesson learned. Travel insurance is a must.
