I became very ill on a cruise in Feb. 2013 and requested a doctor come to my cabin because I was too weak and sick to go to the infirmary. He came with his nurse and he checked me and had his nurse to give me some pills. I paid 159.00 for this service and was promptly reimbursed after filing a claim upon my return. I'm glad I had this coverage, and will use them again whenever I travel which I do a lot of.

This was the first time I bought trip insurance and I did a lot of comparison shopping before I decided on this particular plan. TruTravel made it easy to compare multiple plans at once.
