Fortunately I did not have to use the insurance but it gave me peace of mind knowing I had coverage. The price seems fair and less expensive than that which was offered through the tour service I was using. Definitely call and talk to an agent - extremely helpful!

Happily, we didn't need to use our insurance but we appreciated the security of having the coverage. We also appreciated the last minute reminder that TruTravel e-mailed to us with the necessary numbers that we should call in an emergency.

I didn't have to file a claim but it was good to have insurance. I was a little uncertain about the extent of coverage that I bought and would have liked a way (there may have been a way but I didn't figure it out) to have asked specific questions before I bought.
