My husband and I travel to Mexico twice a year on average and we always get insurance. We would much prefer to go on the vacation but you never know what may happen! And this time it did!..We are totally pleased with the customer service department and the promptness our claim was processed. We already have our checks and it was only 3 weeks ago.

It was easy to sign up for the insurance and gave me peace of mind. Thankfully we did not have to use it so I cannot give any feedback on how well they cover claims, etc.
