Since I did not have a claim, I cannot rate that part. I just felt safe to be insured in case something did happen. Nationwide gave me that safety net.

As many, many folks have said on this site, price seemed fair for the coverage. But having never used it, I can't speak to how reliable Nationwide is in paying claims.

One would have to file a claim to find out if you are exceptional. I was glad to be covered if a need arose.

Fortunately we didn't need to use the plan, but it was peace of mind having it. We get it on all of our cruises, needed it once and were very fortunate to have it. Looking all of the plans available, this one fits our needs (benefits/cost).
