I am was pleased that I did not get to use the plan. But it was a great comfort to know that I had the coverage if I needed it. In the future I would use TruTravel and recommend it to others. Also, I inquired about pricing with 2 other insurance companies and I found TruTravel to be the most reasonable.

I felt I needed some type of insurance to travel. I did compare and felt the price was acceptable for something I hoped to not use. I also wanted it to be enough if I did need it. I do know there is a glossary to follow but the language for all the insurances is difficult to decipher.

The price seemed like one of the best. Thankfully we didn't need to make any claims. It's hard to say that a company is great when you haven't experienced their claim services, but it is fair to say that there were no problems.

Having the piece of mind that we would be okay financially should something go wrong during our vacation so far away from home was very important to me so I could relax and not worry about the unknowns and what ifs.
