Well, in good news, the plan was unnecessary and the vacation went off without a hitch. It was good to have the peace of mind just in case! It's a good, affordable plan, and I certainly don't regret having purchased it.

Just knowing that we have peace of mind if something goes wrong. As I have traveled a couple of times with things that have happened and I did not have insurance. Got caught once in a hurricane. Wilma was a bad time. So I don’t travel without insurance anymore. Thanks for giving me peace of mind.

Insurance was easy to purchase - agent helped me through the process, and thankfully I didn't need to use the services, but had peace of mind in case something catastrophic happened, we'd be covered. We'll be using then again next year for our trip.
