We luckily didn't need to file a claim but we absolutely felt so much more confident knowing that coverage was there if we needed it. We compared many plans and read a lot of reviews and this plan had the same coverage as many plans that cost quite a bit more. The reviews were mostly positive from those that did have to file a claim. I suggest purchasing travel insurance within 14 days of booking your trip because you have more options available for the same price.

For $130 it provided reassurance should any of our plans have had to be cancelled/altered....and thankfully that was never the case. I can't see why anyone wouldn't insure their trip; especially w/all the up front money due on a cruise and the excursions they book!
