I'm lucky I didn't have to use it. I saw quite a few people on the ship with legs and arms bandaged.

I think that pre-existing conditions should be covered period, rather than only being covered if the policy is purchased w/in 10 days of booking a cruise.

It is difficult to judge the insurance when you don’t have a claim!! I did like the bon voyage email prior to my trip.

Not being an "insurance professional" I evidently purchased the wrong type of plan for our cruise. I sure wish they still had actual humans to TALK to and discuss/explain the options available and guide you to the correct plan.
Our trip was interrupted and we missed 2 of the main ports/stops. The insurance plan I purchased did not cover this! My paperwork was very misleading and have to be an attorney to understand the wording and exactly what I purchased.
I called customer service but not even sure they were with Nationwide or a broker.
