For the first time in my travels, I had to file a claim under my travel insurance policy. The claims process was very easy to understand and the customer service team was pleasant to deal with. We missed a port because of damage from hurricane Matthew and I was compensated for the inconvenience. I thought this was nice as most insurance offered with the cruise ship don't offer this coverage. I will buy again for my next cruise.
