We did not have to file a claim (thank goodness), but this insurance had everything we needed... cancel for any reason and medical coverage in a foreign country. The price very reasonable - much less than the ins offered through the cruise line. The comparison option on the website is user friendly and the chat feature is great. I had all my questions answered before I selected coverage. I also liked that I have until the day before I made my final payment, to purchase the insurance (for cruises only) - gave me plenty of time to research coverage that fit our needs. Thank you!

I had no need to use the coverage but it was nice to have there. If I'm lucky enough to get a spot on the NKOTB cruise next year I will definitely get my insurance through you!
