We have always used Travelex and have recommended it to friends who are taking their first cruise next year.

A portion of our trip involving offshore flights was cancelled due to weather. The tour company refunded essentially all of the trip cost ($4K), but retained an "administrative fee" (whatever that is) of $80. I filed a claim for this and it was paid promptly and without any hassles. A tiny claim to be sure, but it was handled efficiently and is the only basis upon which I can make a report.

We traveled with Vantage on a river cruise and everything went very smoothly. This was our 5th trip with Vantage and we are planning a French river boat cruise this year also with Vantage.
