I have used the service for so many trips I think I should get a "frequent insurer" award!! I am quite satisfied except for the cost, which unfortunately is a factor of my age and nothing the insurer can correct.

Frankly, I was surprised at the ease with which I made my claim. Initially, they sent me an email with forms to fill out, which they then mailed to me (go figure) but it looked like another trip I had taken, so I didn't send them back. Still received my check for illness on a foreign cruise! I'm very happy.

Good coverage, reasonable price, very easy to review plans and make online choices and purchase.
Since most African safari trips include emergency evacuation insurance coverage--I would like to have had the ability to omit the evacuation portion of the coverage, while getting all the other great basics on the program selected. In order to get the important coverage I wanted, this caused me to pay for duplicate evacuation coverage.
