Unfortunately had to file a claim due to snow storm on the east coast (all airports closed). Despite the problems, travelex did not compound them, easy to deal with (2 phone calls and a claim form). Refreshing to have a company do what they promise.

We had a trip/flight delay due to a snowstorm. Plan representatives were all very helpful with information on how to file claim. Only mild complaint I have is that I got no updates on processing of the complaint. It took a few weeks, but claim was fully accepted without issue.

The plan is ok but these plans are hard to compare. People want to be covered if they need a medical evacuation or if they miss a flight or luggage is lost or are injured. Why is it so difficult to make the plan clear so there aren't any surprises?

I have already recommended InsureMytrip to several individuals - they have all been quite pleased. I wish you had "frequent insurer" points since this is probably the 10th or 12th trip I have insured with you!
