Hard to really evaluate the plan because we didn't need to file a claim. I have no personal experience of whether they do what they say they will do.

Nephew couldn't get out of work so he had to miss the trip. We had the "Cancel For Any Reason" policy and were reimbursed the 75% of non-refundable trip cost. Recommend!

Knowing I am covered for all possible events made my 3 week trip a lot more relaxing. Not having needed it was an added bonus. I will recommend to friends and use again when needed.

Fortunately, we did not have to file a claim although we came home sick as a dog with an upper respiratory infection and are still recovering.
