I missed my flight for thanksgiving due to back pain. Thank god I have started taking insurance for my trips and this is the first time I had to use it. You have wonderful service, very easy to claim and very friendly and helpful customer service. Pleasure doing business with you.

I did recommend this to my brother...
this coverage was a great piece of mind. If anything was to go wrong, I knew things would be covered. Our cruise went off perfect and the coverage was in place to insure the possibilities of any issues were covered. Great times don't just happen / cover all the bases and the vacation will work out issue free.

Great coverage. I enjoyed my time in Scotland. I did not have to file a claim. I was not sick nor did I lose my luggage etc..... Thanks for providing affordable health care coverage and luggage coverage.

I missed my flight due to unforeseen traffic and when I called to use this coverage, I was told I would have to supply all sorts of proof for my claim such as a formal letter from the cab company. It would have been so much more trouble that I just paid my own expenses.

I didn't need to file a claim under this insurance, so I can't say how it would work if I did; I am very happy that I did NOT need it in the long run - the point of having insurance is to protect you in case you do, but it's better not to need it! Our family trip (3 generations) to Mexico went just fine, and we have already booked the same trip for fall of 2011; we will take out the same coverage again.
