We traveled out of the US just as coronavirus spread was beginning to make news. I have never purchased medical insurance for a trip before. Being able to find and tailor coverage for our specific needs made this very economical, and the process couldn’t have been easier, information Provided was clear and comprehensive. Easy efficient website to search many options and companies. A comprehensive plan costs too much for my husband and me. However medical evacuation and airline costs can be covered reasonably. We would of course lose out on hotel reservations and at this point I think pandemics should be included in partial plans.

I had a medical issue and tried to contact the plan customer service line and waited 20 minutes with no response. An hour later I called again. The person who answered did not direct me to a specific medical care just said I could go wherever. He also said that I might have to pay out of pocket and then file a claim. With other plans, the establishment would charge the plan directly.
