I felt really relaxed that if something would happen to me during my trip I would be covered and taken care off. I did at one point had to ask some questions in regard to a possible doctor's visit which I did not have to follow through on. When I called them they helped me through the process and answered all my questions. They were very helpful and they even called me back to make sure I was fine.

When traveling to third world countries, I certainly would want transport back to the US int he event of an accident or life threatening emergency. InsureMyTrip is the first stop after plans are in place to complete travel arrangements. I've never needed the protection offered, but it's soothing to know its available. Easy to purchase and seemed reasonably priced as compared to other that we researched. Had a change in beneficiaries that was easily accomplished by phone. Fortunately we never needed to make a claim so I cannot comment on that process.
